Nowmadd Dev Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize Lucrum Pro for managing business quotes, cost calculations, client registries, and invoicing records.
Intellectual Property
All software code, algorithms, user interface designs, graphical assets, icons, typography, PDF layout templates, and software architecture remain the exclusive property of Nowmadd Dev Studio, protected by international intellectual property and copyright treaties.
User Content Sovereignty
You retain 100% ownership and control over the business data you create within the App, including your client records, catalog items, pricing structures, company logos, and exported PDF documents.
2. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & Refunds
Free & Pro Tiers
Lucrum Pro provides essential features under a Free Tier with usage thresholds and non-personalized contextual ads.
Pro Subscriptions & Lifetime Access
We offer auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly and Annual: lucrum_pro_monthly, lucrum_pro_annual) and a one-time Lifetime purchase (lucrum_pro_lifetime) to unlock unlimited quotes, unlimited clients, unlimited receipt photos, and a completely ad-free workspace.
Billing & Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly in your Google Play Store Account Settings.
Refund Policy
All transactions, payment processing, and refund requests are governed exclusively by the terms and policies of the Google Play Store. Nowmadd Dev Studio does not directly process payments or issue manual monetary refunds.
3. Local-First Storage & Data Maintenance
Offline-First Architecture
Lucrum Pro operates strictly under a "Local-First" architecture. All your sensitive quotes, expenses, client contacts, and financial records reside exclusively in your device's isolated local storage sandbox.
Backup Responsibility
Because Nowmadd Dev Studio does not operate proprietary remote cloud databases to store or synchronize your business records, you are solely responsible for maintaining local device backups or exporting PDF copies of your essential documents.
Data Loss Disclaimer
Nowmadd Dev Studio is not liable for data loss arising from device damage, hardware failure, factory formatting, Android OS cache clearing, or uninstallation of the App without a prior manual backup.
4. Financial, Accounting & Legal Disclaimer
Informational & Operational Tool
Lucrum Pro is designed as an operational productivity tool to assist independent contractors, freelancers, and small businesses with pricing estimation, margin calculations, and quote generation.
Not a Substitute for Professional Advice
Lucrum Pro is not a certified accounting firm, banking institution, or certified tax consultancy. The App does not provide official tax, legal, or fiscal certification.
User Compliance
You are exclusively responsible for verifying the accuracy of tax rates, legal wording, payment conditions, and commercial terms in your generated quotes and receipts to ensure compliance with the legal and fiscal regulations of your local jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms of Service periodically to reflect product evolutions or regulatory changes. Your continued engagement with the App following any published update constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
